I started my day visiting Clark Quay and went to the formula one office to collect my actual ticket. You can’t access the Singapore wheel if you visit Singapore during the race. After that I visited Merlion park in order to take picture of the infamous lion and the marina bay skyline.
After spending 3 hours near the bay area I went to the gardens by the bay in order see the lighting show at the garden. The Garden also has a huge collection of different species of trees around the world. The show at the park starts around 7 PM. It is advisable to reach the park by around 5 PM so that you can visit the gallery and after that you can enjoy the show. The show was very unique and I have never seen anything like that before. Your Singapore trip will be incomplete without visiting gardens by the bay.
The Marina Bay Sands hotel was located 20-minute walk from the Gardens by the Bay. You can get best view of the marina bay if you visit the sands sky observation deck. The entry ticket to the observation deck costs around 20 SGD. It was a good place to have a bird’s eye view of the city. You can see the formula 1 circuit and the gardens by the bay from the top.
